Can I become a host?
Yes, almost everyone can become a host. It doesn’t matter if you own or rent the house or how old you are.

Yes, in most municipalities it is allowed to rent out 1 or 2 rooms to 1 or 2 people without a permit.

Which rooms can I rent out?
Almost all rooms are suitable for rent. Think about the attic room, a former bedroom or even the garden shed. The tenant most have at least 12m2 living space (the room can be smaller), the room must have a window and must meet the requirements for fire and safety.
